Our Story
Our family purchased the property in 2021 with a vision of creating an authentic country escape where guests could experience the beauty of rural life without sacrificing comfort.
Surrounded by the spectacular mountains of Mount Barney National Park, the property offers peaceful accommodation, wide open spaces and a genuine connection to the land.
As our family has grown, so has our dream.
Today we're transforming Barney Creek into a working hobby farm where guests can enjoy meeting friendly animals, seasonal experiences and simple country traditions that many children have never had the opportunity to experience.
We believe the best holidays aren't always filled with busy itineraries.
Sometimes they're built around fresh air, campfires, muddy boots, animal cuddles and slowing down enough to simply be together.

Meet Our Animals
Our farm is home to a growing family of friendly animals including: Miniature Cows, Goats, Sheep, Chickens, Ducks, Donkeys, Guinea Fowl, Peacocks and Peahens. Our animals are an important part of the farm experience and love meeting guests.
